Born in 1984, Ana Navas is an artist of Venezuelan and Ecuadorian descent. A graduate of the Karlsruhe Academy of Arts, she lives and works in the Baden-Württemberg region. As part of the artist exchange program between Baden-Württemberg and the Alsace Region, she resided at CEAAC in 2015. The book was conceived by the artist during the three months of residence and accompanies the Exhibition project of the same name presented at CEAAC’s Espace International (December 2016 – January 2017) following this visit.
